Only a few opiates exist in the world, but the term "opiate" has been applied to many additional drugs. Opioid is generally a better term and applies to both synthetic and natural drugs.

  • Шурег Added Opiates are substances extracted from opium (poppy head resin/sap). Opioids are substances that act similarly to these natural opiates. Both affect so called opioid receptors in brain and are highly habit forming drugs f abuse. Never do them. Do mephedrone or methylone (to my taste) ;)
